2.1. Monika Gibas offers photoshoot sessions, including individual, couple, family, and outdoor photoshoots.
2.2. The sale of photographs taken by Monika Gibas is also offered.
2.3. Services are provided on the island of Fuerteventura and other locations as agreed in advance.
3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
3.1. Users who subscribe to the newsletter or use contact forms on the website consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing services (e.g., booking a photoshoot, subscribing to the newsletter).

4. Booking a Photoshoot
4.1. Booking a photoshoot is made via the contact form on the website, as well as through phone contact, WhatsApp chat, or email. Once the details of the session are agreed upon, the client will receive a confirmation of the booking and the agreed-upon session date.
4.2. Payment for the photoshoot is made on the day the service is provided.
4.3. The client has the right to cancel the photoshoot without any fees up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
4.4. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the client is required to pay the full amount for the session.
4.5. In the event of adverse weather conditions that make the photoshoot impossible, Monika Gibas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
5. Copyright
5.1. All photographs taken by Monika Gibas are protected by copyright.
5.2. The client has the right to publish the photographs from the photoshoot on their own social media, with the copyright of Monika Gibas remaining intact.
5.3. The client does not have the right to modify the photos or sell them without the author's consent.
6. Prohibition of Copying Photos
6.1. Photos displayed in the gallery on the website www.monikagibas.com are protected by copyright.
6.2. Users of the website are not allowed to copy, download, or use the photos without the permission of the copyright holder.
7. Liability
7.1. Monika Gibas is not liable for any damages that may result from using the photoshoot services, including damages caused by unforeseen weather conditions.
7.2. In the event of session cancellation due to poor weather, Monika Gibas will make efforts to find an alternative session date.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms and conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the website www.monikagibas.com.
8.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be announced on the website www.monikagibas.com and will be effective from the date of their publication.
8.3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of civil law shall apply.
